It is free, and there is no second version of it.
Brainlyy is MIT licensed. There is no account to make, no key to request, no seat to buy, and no feature held back for a paid edition that doesn't exist.

$uv tool install brainlyy$brainlyy initThis is not a free tier with a wall behind it. The whole product is in the repository, under a licence that lets you use it commercially, change it, and ship your changes.
There is no telemetry, so nobody is paying with usage data either. Nothing leaves your machine unless you configure it to.
What actually leaves your machineThe tiers are capabilities, not price plans.
The documentation talks about tiers 0 through 4. That word means what your machine can currently do, and never what you have paid for. Tier 0 needs nothing but Python and is where the tool is already useful.
Everything above tier 0 is infrastructure you stand up and own. Brainlyy detects it and drives it. It doesn't resell it, and there's nothing to buy here for any of it.

What you do not get.
No support contract, no uptime commitment, and no promise that anyone answers on a schedule. This is early software maintained in the open. Issues and pull requests are read, and the known rough edges are written down rather than smoothed over.
